Opinion of a gourmet gourmet: the best bread in all of Douaisis. soft bread to eat, tasty and filling. Exquisite cakes. Couldn't go anywhere else after tasting here. Congratulations to the entire store team. A loyal customer.

We travel on purpose each week to Râches at their place because the bread is excellent, the baguettes have very compact crumbs which makes it possible to make good hearty sandwiches. The flan is very good and the cakes delicious. The prices are standard for a good pastry shop. The only downside is that the owner is not very cheerful nor very welcoming with customers, sometimes a little smile, not forced, would be appreciated. But that does not detract from the quality of the bread. So we come back every week. Our parents also come from another town ..... for the taste. The bakers are doing a good job. There was everything every day during confinement so it's great. Thank you
