Boulanger Waziers - Douai

Another bad experience with this brand, regardless the branch, their staff does not know what they are selling! Honestly I don't know what's worst: they don't know what they are doing or they don't care... Ended up buying the wrong phone charger following the advise of the sales representative: I asked him to confirm several times that I didn't need anything else in order to charge my phone. Result: I have a Samsung fast charge wireless station, with no wire at all, even not the one to plug it into to socket!!! When I asked, does it comes with the wire? He told me: this is wireless! So I explained to him this might be wireless but this device still needs to be plug to done electricity to work... I think he still hasn't got that! To clarify, the entire conversation happened in French, at a native level, so no excuse! To Boulanger staff attention: the electricity isn't wireless....yet...!
