CATASTROPHE !!! A star because you can't put 0. Order placed for 10 people: at the reception it is not the right one. We call we have to go back within 10min and we move back to be paid for the two missing sandwiches. We had already paid for them when we received the order. No commercial gesture and lack of friendliness. We will not go! Assessment: loss of 10 people!
