Very good bakery, a young baker, brave and dynamic! Just sweet pastries to perfection ... Very good bread (the Tradition is top) and other breads are inventive (bread of the day). Make your choice and the grumblers go elsewhere ...

Bread not making normal weight because often there is a hole in place of the crumb. But it is no longer the same baker. When it was M. Besseyre it was great but it changed a lot unfortunately .....

I recommend this bakery. The bread is very good. And pastries at the top, Paris Brest beautiful.
