Do not confuse high-end and luxury ... Judge appearances and think that by offering coffee they are very good traders. The prices for maintenance and repairs excluding overhaul are charged between 20 - 40% more (even in other dealerships). In short, no class and a very sad form of condescension given the very essence of the Toyota / Lexus brand, we are a long way from Japanese values.
