Audi Sport Concept customer service experience to date: I own a 5-year-old vehicle followed in this garage. Since Wednesday 2, I have no more heating which is very penalizing with the current temperatures. I am offered to take charge of my vehicle on December 15th !!! and even if I do not want a replacement vehicle! Even more, we justify this delay by the large number of staff in partial unemployment !!! I let you judge their conception of after-sales service.

Got down from Paris to pick up my new used Audi reserved by phone. The salesperson reassured me and perfectly described the condition of the vehicle which corresponded to my arrival. Magnificent garage with a lot of choice and above all a very different welcome from what I have experienced in the Paris region. Thanks for everything and see you next time.
