The mechanic I suppose the boss ... goes into the dealership ... without "HELLO" or "MASK" besides calls out his staff to find out who owns the Tipo registered in Portugal ... My 2-year-old vehicle since I resides in Portugal "PROBLEM" he does not repair vehicles supposedly bought cheaper abroad !!!!. even under 4 year warranty. For an update of the GPS with the electronic "SUITCASE" ... nobody in the concession does not know how to use it ... especially not the boss ... since "he does not have the hand" he said to me !!. Unfriendly nor merchant .. and certainly not competent..I report this person to the FIAT France management since he represents this brand very badly..or then does he have to change profession! TO AVOID
