Veterinary Clinic Domes

During my visits I find a pleasant and very professional competent team. The explanations are clear and detailed by bad or lack of information or priced things in a vacuum as with some competitors. In short I recommend.

Our animals (1 dog and 1 cat) are followed in this veterinary clinic which gives us complete satisfaction. We appreciate the professionalism of this veterinarian who is attentive, really takes the time to explain to us and knows how to reassure us if necessary. Doctor Thernay and his team are on top!

Serious, competent veterinarian who does not hesitate to offer alternative solutions when traditional medicine is not enough. Do not force prices which is a plus! I highly recommend !!

Lack of efficiency on analyzes and clarity on prices. Came to do urgent analyzes following an appointment with a veterinarian who could not perform the analyzes. Blood test in the morning at 8:30 am, I am told a flat rate for which we do not know what exactly we are paying. I only came to do analyzes, on the phone it was ok and when I got there I was given the senior assessment with advice from the vet. Despite two requests to have the results as quickly as possible, I was offered to come and collect the results on Monday evening (i.e. 2 days later) while the results were printed at 10 a.m. the same day ... Arrived at the time of the appointment I could not afford to wait an hour on Monday in order to speak with the vet before posting this comment. I had to return to the dog whose condition deteriorated over the weekend (he had other urgent analyzes on Sunday with the results in 15 minutes and much less expensive). To this is added a special human relationship between the 2 people who share their shouting matches with us. I would not go back because this operation does not suit me. I absolutely do not question the competence of the veterinarian.
