Long waiting time. They refused me pills for my cat; and in the same time they said they must take my name in order to sell cat food! Ridiculous.

We took our dogs here when we visited France on holiday for there worming tablets before returning to England. The service was excellent, both our dogs are elderly, our greyhound was very nervous, the vet was very gentle and understanding with them in administering there medication and checking them over. The vet also spoke very good English, excellent service and value for money.

Excellent clinic with very competent veterinarians and nursing staff at our disposal, available, benevolent, adapts to any situation. Very satisfied with Doctor Thomas Fournier who has been taking care of our Rogue for 10 years despite 2 cruciate ligament operations, our Rogue doggie runs like a rabbit. We warmly thank Thomas for his professionalism and wish the whole team Good Continuation.

After a first meeting for my rabbit which went perfectly well (the vet took the time to examine the animal, to explain to me, to reassure me) I was delighted to have found a good clinical. Only, during a second appointment, I don't have the same vet. I was very uncomfortable, I was made to understand that there was something else to do than take care of my rabbit, that I had to come earlier in the week and not wait for the Saturday afternoon (but I too work weekdays and Saturday mornings). I had a lot of pain for my animal, they put her to sleep and they give her back to me again quite numb. Unique moment of kindness for the payment. I will not come back, it hurt my heart.

My pet died from a lack of thorough diagnoses. Impossible to have a follow-up with only one veterinarian. "I'm sorry" does not bring my animal back to me. Coming back 4 times and not listening to the animal's problems is unprofessional. I hope I won't have to come to them again. Plus vetoes don't even say hello when you wait. No affection for our animals.
