On Friday September 25th I went to the "women's hiking shoes" section to report an anomaly on 1 pair of shoes bought on September 7th at Intersport du Montdore in the Puy de Dôme department. The saleswoman kindly offered to try other models by giving me advice. I left with a new pair of shoes in exchange for the other pair already worn, the after-sales service is remarkable on this store. I wanted to thank the saleswoman of the department as well as the reception agent who informed me well. A big thank-you.

I go 3 days before Christmas to Intersport DINAN Léhon to buy two gift cards. Well no, there aren't any more! Badly seen Intersport, very badly seen! 👎 I went to Intersport Saint Malo which had the self-service department full of them since they are activated at the cash desk. I believe that there is a lack of anticipation and distribution among these stores which might agree to avoid making 60 km round trip to customers before Christmas. Especially since others have gone to Decathlon. Pity !

Super disappointed: came to repair a derailleur, I took the 49 euros package for maintenance, control and repair. I was offered to change 1 brake handle, the chain because derailleur has nothing. Parts not included in the package. In the end, the derailleur still does not work. Disgusted for 70 euros and 2 months of waiting.

Hello, Do not display so many promotions if at checkout they are not applied! Afterwards, the error is completely human but when making a complaint, train your hostesses to have a smile under the mask (and yes the eyes speak :)) It's already painful to come back, to claim (20 € anyway) but a smiling welcome erases everything!
