I strongly recommend! I got ripped off twice, they didn't give me the change twice and my mom was the same experience, we will never come back to this tobacco.

Really the worst tobacco in puy-en-velay. It's really not nice to be always served with this nonchalance and the absent smile ... can be a little facho facho without going too far is at least the impression that it comes out every time . So I do not go to this tobacco anymore.
