For a Dacia loa they didn't even offer the floor mats, it's lamentable but the person who explained the operation of the vehicle to us is adorable. She deserves 5 stars

An establishment to flee, I have been going in this establishment for 4 years, I had confidence in the team with a very pleasant and very commercial workshop manager (Mr Leray) and now the workshop manager who has just come from to arrive from what I was told my spoken very badly I then asked the manager who is even worse he put my limit outside the concession, telling me that he did not need me as a client and that if I didn't come back it wasn't going to change her life. On Le Puy, the reputation of your manager is far from being good or even very negative. To speak for other customers, I do not understand that I did not keep Mr Leray who was for us a quality image of your establishment. Hoping that you will do something about it if you don't want all your customers to leave.

On my last 3 visits to this mechanic, 2 turned into bad surprises. The last one I did my service 15 days before my vacation and during those when I arrived in an underground parking lot my car started to smoke under the hood. When I opened it there was oil all over which had leaked and after observing I noticed that the dipstick cap had not been closed properly. I must have wasted one afternoon looking for a Renault garage to top up the oil level and check that the oil that had leaked was not causing other problems. Now as soon as I drive a little smoke comes out of the hood. Beautiful professionalism. And on another intervention when I got my car my windshield was broken but at the beginning it was not them !! Yet the turn of the car had been made before returning it to the garage. Problem solved after insistence on the garage. It's a lot . I wouldn't take my car home anymore except to get reimbursed for what they owe me

Very disappointed with the seller. I bought a used vehicle which had to have a spare tire included as this was a condition of my purchase, I asked the seller during the purchase who certified me that the car had one but I did not not checked ... Upon receipt of the vehicle (which was done with a lot of delay in addition) and during the turn of the vehicle no spare wheel but an anti-puncture kit .... In front of my dissatisfaction the seller gave me a cake So I end up with a wheel in my trunk and a more than reduced trunk capacity ... In short, I advise you to check everything yourself and to make sure you specify the delivery times .... Otherwise stations with bad surprises !!!!!!!! PS: on the other hand the delivery side of the vehicle has top personnel

TO AVOID I bought a new car on 10/14/2020. I had been promised 20l of fuel in the bonypass and of course they took care of the registration document. Result the 20l were not there, empty reserve after 120km ... When I informed them, they assured me that they had kept their promise ... imagine a dacia sandero which comes within the premium at the conversion but which consumes 16l / 100km !! Unbelievable, they can assure me: "trust me" that there was indeed 20l ... Rest assured in fact it is rather 4l / 100km And I am still waiting for the gray card, indeed they did not use the supporting documents that I provided them but my tax notice. Bad luck, I moved! And of course we send back the hot potato, sorry it's not me it's the other and since he / she was fired ... and patati and patata ... Today I must manage to get my registration card redone ... I hope for you that it will not cost me anything !!! Thank you for your professionalism !!!
