A kia salesman for Ford, unfriendly and full of himself, who thinks he knows everything better than the others. He was drowning in so many lies that he needed time to think about each rhetoric .. pitiful! And the pompom was his calculation of the discount for a new vehicle: 13,600 * (1-0.25) = 8,000 according to him, and he dares to tell you his result.

Too bad we can not put a rating worse than a star. We bought a Kia Xceed in June 2020, after a week of use we noticed a noise from the sunroof. We contacted the garage, we were given an appointment at the end of August (Apparently no slots available before ...). The car remained two days in the garage, after having recovered it the noise was still present ... We called the garage once again to make a new appointment. This was given to us for the end of September, because supposedly the person who had worked on our car was going on vacation. To this day, our car has still been in the garage for two weeks, and no one is keeping us informed, we had to call the garage so that we could finally be told that the problem was with Kia France and that for the 'instant there was nothing to do .. I do not recommend this garage at all, nor even the brand. This is the first time that we bought a KIA (attracted by the 7 year warranty ..) but it is sure that it is the last time !!

They kept my car all day to change the rack, I was formerly an auto mechanic (I can no longer exercise this profession due to health problems) when I was a mechanic in 30 minutes I changed the rack, I was smoking a cigarette and I was drinking a coffee and the job was well done, there they did it 3 times to do the geometry and my steering wheel was straight this morning and I realized when I got back that my steering wheel was on on the right when I'm in a straight line If you have a repair to do on your vehicle, do not go to them.

2 times they gave me an appointment and both times they had not ordered the parts, I had to make a new appointment and I lost 2 days of leave because of their incompetence

Reception a bit long but given the current situation I think it remains in the norm. Seller listening and I'm waiting for the rest.
