Very warm welcome from one of the counselors. Really a shame to refuse a refund when that is part of the return conditions and that in the other red throats it does not pose any problem. Certainly I had a credit and maybe you thought that I would use it at your place and well no!

When I read the reviews I don't feel like I had the same sales staff. Yet I bought 2 sets, and yes I needed. Unpleasant not interested in my questions, or more simply by me, an average customer, I am loyal to this brand but in Rennes they are charming and at least I spend with pleasure and often. So the reception must be at the head of the client. I strongly advise against. For the exact date I would have to find my card tickets ....

Personnelle très peu discret, on a pas besoin de savoir ce que les autres achète et on a l impression d'être dans une foire tellement le personnel braille, de plus quand vous retourner pour échanger et avoir car c'est un cadeau on a l impression que ça les fait c....!!!!! Changez de métier si le contact avec le client ne vous intéresse pas!!!!!! Heureusement tout les magasins rouge gorge ne se ressemble pas!!!!!!!

Discretion please !!!!!!!!!! Other customers don't need to know my height. The saleswomen speak loudly and it is really painful. To have talked about it around me I'm not the only one to complain about it. The reception and advice are deteriorating, it's a shame. Too bad I'll go to another RougeGorge. Quality products, good value for money, I recommend the products.
