Welcome to this great shop! To respond to the negative opinion, it seems normal to me before repairing a garment that it is washed before being retouched (the basis of hygiene for the retoucher ...). In short delighted when we are clean :)

I am disgusted with the reception which was reserved to me following a problem with new pants and wears only once. It was a broken closure problem and the shop simply told me to wash my pants. ... being in the trade I never met such a reaction. So you customers should beware of returns
