Superb! Really delighted! I went there for the 120,000 overhaul on my 3008. Several issues arose with a first invoice over € 4,300. I was not surprised because I expected to have work around 3500 €. (injector, water pump, tires and several small problems that I wanted to solve to put it on sale.) I had to deal with Jessica, whom I recommend very, very strongly: a very human person, very understanding, competent and really attentive. She knew how to put herself in our shoes, brought us invaluable and reassuring help. We had the courtesy car rental free (7 days!) And she was busy lowering the bill by finding promotions to adapt, reducing manpower hours !! I left with an invoice reduced to € 3600 and although it is a significant sum this person managed to put a smile on our face. Since one person can ruin the reputation of an entire agency, I recommend you go through this young lady.

Shameful customer service !! I could have put zero stars in the notice if that was possible. It's been 3 months since we submitted a file, never an appeal we had to go to get an answer to finally have "next week it's good c 'is sure' results: 3 months of waiting including 1 month without any response at present! But thanks to them we discovered the REAL qualitative and incredible customer service at Toyota in Frejus! Flee Peugeot Draguignan which gives you false hope and go elsewhere you will be much more satisfied.
