They call themselves Muslims and ethical. It's a real joke. To avoid absolutely I have never seen such incompetent. Phone constantly unplugged, no sense of speech. seriously non-existent. you are going to spend your energy and your time on more than terrible service.

Just to deposit a check we put 2 hours in clear it is necessary to take his day to do a current operation which takes 5 min in other banks. At the moment I cannot change banks but I am considering it quickly. The schedules are those of people who do not work. The staff do not seem to want to do their best to satisfy their customers.

Customers think they are in the market, they have no respect for other customers ca scream like animals talking on the phone and no respect for expectations for some knowing that there are restrictions on passage due to covid19. Especially a lady who passed in front of 2 clients with whom an employee gets along well ... it looked like we were in the market because she was screaming with the employee to tell each other their lives. ... another good image of the "Moroccan" !!! Lamentable

I will not change my agency for any other. I am fully satisfied with the services of the staff who bring together courtesy and efficiency. I have been a client for about two years and not once have I been disappointed. Good continuation.

I can't get in touch with the bank, still not reachable, .I move to solve my problems..their unbearable service😏
