Opel Argenteuil

Terrible experience. Can’t get fixed a problem under warranty there. The garage just told me that yes it was a problem under warranty but not his. He just told me to go back where I bought the car miles away. The boss told me he doesn’t care if I never come back again probably because he owns the two closest dealerships. Unfortunately for him a new dealership is now open at Bois-Colombes. First time I bought a car from Peugeot-Citroen-Opel group and I found the service is horrendous even when you call the head office. Actually that’s the kind of company with no real customer service departement or quality manager. Better go for an Asian brand when you have more options and much better quality service. As long as there is no issue it might be ok but otherwise a place and probably a brand to avoid at all cost. My car is still not fixed as I don’t want to drive miles to find out that the other dealership doesn’t care either. The headquarters acknowledged the problem and said they have issues with dealerships applying the rules. Roughly they do what they want and f... you. The guy was nice and very sorry. The only positive note in this story.

Arrived with a broken Opel grandland (display on the dashboard calling for urgent intervention). The person at the workshop reception did not even deign to see the vehicle and made it clear that he did not want assistance to bring it back to him ... Thanks Opel. I see that after sales service has not improved after 15 years ...

Nice seller but no workshop !!!! My car has already passed twice in this workshop and nothing has changed yet the problem has been explained but apparently they are not able to repair their own car. I am told that I will be called back but so far nothing. I am waiting for you to contact me because I will not let you go until it is repaired.

Having made an appointment for a vehicle test, I was extremely well received, the salesperson Luis ESTEVES was very professional and answered all my questions about the vehicle. The test of the vehicle was not timed down to the minute, I was able to take my time to test it properly, which is very appreciable. In short, I highly recommend this concession and this seller.
