Jaguar Land Rover France

WOW.. you can buy 2020 model Jaguar or Land Rover vehicles ..very interesting

Waiting for a solution following the multiple breakdowns encountered on the Discovery Sport purchased from JFC Normandie (Ex: turbo, coupling, multiple plastic detachment, blocked driver's door, ...). No solution from Land Rover France and JFC Rouen who are passing the buck. I can currently only advise against Land Rover and this dealership in which I have lost all confidence and which despite several emails, does not provide me with the complete history of the vehicle.

LAMENTABLE !!! After-sales service and workshop in France (I tried the Paris region and Normandy) very far from those of a so-called luxury brand. The excuse found for anything and at any time of the year: "we have a lot of requests, no availability before 3 months ..." Basically, you have a problem, do it yourself it does not concern us. I do not recommend buying a Land Rover vehicle in France and if I could put -5 stars I would have done!

Terrible customer relationship service !!!! Unable to reach .. does not respond to justice mail .. The Switchboard hangs up on you when you insist on having someone in charge. The brand is not a prestigious brand! Their vehicles are of poor quality with serious and repetitive breakdowns I would really like to talk to a manager ... a good listener ...
