Very good concession. We bought our car from them almost 3 years ago. The various interlocutors we had to deal with each time were very professional and responsive. Last visit to date, a puncture, settled during the day by a very nice welcome from Mr. Sahali at the Fast service. I recommend this concession!

Hello garage to avoid for the purchase of a used vehicle. 308 purchased a little over a year ago with a 1 year warranty, 308 second hand with 19,000 kms and less than 3 years. 5 months after purchase, engine light on with loss of power and SERVICE light on. I go to the garage to make a diagnosis. No appointment before 15 days. I make an appointment anyway. Arrived on the day of the appointment the engine light was no longer on but I still go to the garage so that they take a look at the car still under warranty. I am received and I am told that we cannot see a fault in the suitcase once the light is off (which would be false) and I am told we cannot do anything on your car you must have put in poor quality fuel or dirt must have gotten into an injector. We mind that I can continue to ride with it and that it's nothing. No intervention was performed while the vehicle was under warranty. June 2020 (1 year and 2 months after buying the car) the engine light comes on again with no power at all. I stop at the Dieppe de Montigny garage and the garage immediately makes a diag. Result candles to change 200 euros. August I'm going on vacation seeing the engine on again. Car left in the garage 600kms from Paris. Diag carried out the same day, result of the car clogged with oil separator to be changed (recurring problem on the 1.2 130hp) 1100 euros of repair (50% coverage by Peugeot France after negotiation with them) and 10 days of repair. I tell myself that I am finally calm and that the problem is solved after 1300 euros of repairs. But no on the way back, seeing the engine again, I stopped at the Argenteuil dealership and the person who received me told me we could not do anything the car no longer had a warranty so no commercial gesture and that I have to leave the car there and that it will be taken care of only in October for a diag which will be billed to me (we are at the end of August, beginning of September). He offers me a replacement vehicle at 25 euros per day at my expense (therefore 25 € × 30 = 750 euros of replacement vehicle). I explain to this person that it is not normal to pay almost 20,000 euros for a car and to have to make 1300 euros of repairs in 1 year and 4 months and less than 20,000 km driven after the purchase and that the problem is not resolved. He doesn't want to know anything and when I talk to him about hidden screws he comes back almost aggressive and tells me watch out for the words you use. I leave the dealership before I get really mad. Direction garage dieppe de montigny, meet in 1 week. On the day of the meeting the indicator light was off but the latter surely more qualified managed to make a diag and find the fault (minimal fault according to them). However, this fault must not illuminate the engine warning light. They contacted peugeot france in order to have an answer to the problem and he keeps the vehicle for me until peugeot has not solved the problem. To date vehicle bought almost 19,000 euros. 1300 euros of repairs made and the problem is still there. Light on while the vehicle was under warranty but the dealership did not take charge of the vehicle. Vehicle immobilized. Note for the Argenteuil concession 0 for reception 0 for the purchase of a used vehicle 0 for after-sales service If the dealership wants to get in touch with me, I look forward to them pending a response from Peugeot France and considering initiating procedures for hidden screws. !!!!!! Concession to avoid !!!!!!
