Visit on Saturday September 5 at 11 a.m. For a request to exchange a perfume bought less than 24 hours ago, the cashier explain to me that this is not possible since I have removed the packaging but asks me to see her manager, the latter is just a rude person and not at all competent, not because she refused my exchange request, but her attitude is zero I do not see how she can be 'responsible' and set an example ... Madam shame to you, I live next door but I will never go back there again, politeness comes above all, and don't forget to put on your mask for the covid19 the reason why you refused my exchange request;)

Disappointed by the lack of friendliness and knowledge about certain cosmetics. Maybe a lack of training? One person in particular is not welcoming. The rest of the team is at the top but no luck I always come across the same. I will not say more because I am not the type of informer .... Too bad
