It caused me great stress because I was treated like a stealer in front of other customers and staff !! I invite you to change your bad habits and not to abuse your "power" because no law allows that !!!! I am disgusted with the treatment you give to customers, especially honest ones, and I recommend against this store where they do what they want. In addition, the manager pointed out that security does this with everyone, regardless of race or provenance, but I have never seen a request to show the contents of a backpack or bag from a woman or anyone, so I'm not too sure what he said ... Take a training course on the laws and what is possible and forbidden to do with whoever visits your store. I too work in the trade and I have NEVER experienced similar situations, than here in Argenteuil ... What happened to me today is just SHAME !!
