Disastrous after-sales service. The reasons: problem with a water heater bought 1 year ago. I am taking the resistance in August to explain the concern to them. The agents tell me "no worries, your water heater is still under warranty, we order a new resistance but you have to pay first, and you will be reimbursed after". I have adjusted and my water heater is operating normally. When I call them to claim my money, "yes sir, don't worry, we'll keep you posted." it's been going on for 4 months and after more than 10 calls, I was never called back. Frankly, NO serious. The complaint went to CEDEO headquarters and I am still awaiting their response. I won't let go Avoid those signs that waste your time and think about lining your pockets. Flee, there is better elsewhere ...

I found it closed, Friday 4:30 p.m. and Saturday morning 8:30 a.m., while it is indicated open. Without informing customers! And I was not the only one who was disappointed to find the door closed.
