Very unpleasant, rude lady, never says hello, goodbye, thank you, sends you waltz if you have a package to drop off in relay and you have to wait 5 minutes. Do not wear a mask (covid 19) I prefer to travel further and get my tobacco elsewhere.

Very disappointed and shocked by the behavior of one of the staff members who, in addition to not being nice, literally refused to take my Global Relay package by taking me down and disrespecting me. Convenient because well placed but otherwise I do not recommend if you are looking for friendliness and respect.

Most rude person I have or meet in a trade! Coming to get a parcel with the email indicating her arrival at the relay point, I literally got myself strolled after having waited well 5 minutes for her to say hello.
