They treated my cat who had split her stomach. This is not my regular vet (which was closed) and we were received quickly and in a very professional manner. The operation took place the same day and was discharged in the evening, with a detailed and well-explained post-operative assessment. All the staff were really friendly. Thank you !

It has become my cat's veterinary clinic, and I recommend ++! The veterinarians as well as the secretaries are extremely nice, attentive, and inform very well about all the processes, whether it is for a simple visit or for an operation! I am glad !

A Persian and a husky followed by this clinic for over a year that I strongly advise against !! On 09/26/20, annual visit for my husky, namely billing for the consultation and the vaccine (anti-rabies). Normal. Dr Auptel tells me that Nobivac (kennel cough) will be administered during a next visit (without invoicing for the visit, only the product). Appointment made on 12/08/20. Having made it clear to the secretaries that in 2019, only Nobivac had been invoiced to me and not the 2nd consultation (supporting invoices). 8/12, billing again for a consultation and vaccine. Separating the vaccines that can be done during the same consultation is more a commercial technique than veterinary ethics !!

I called the vet because my cat was literally dying, they refused to let me bring my cat and give me a window 4 hours later. In short, if you are urgently afraid for your animals, do not go there, lack of humanism.

Quality and listening, Mr. AUPTEL is an excellent veterinarian. I highly recommend.
