I am very satisfied with the responsiveness of my advisor as well as the assistant director. I am a new client, I came to see them in early March just before the lockdown for my mortgage, they did everything possible to be on schedule. They are very welcoming, professional and at your service.

I'm sorry to have put a star, if I could, I would have put none! What to say ? Not much, in any case nothing positive! Gentlemen Bankers never answer emails, nor obviously calls. The same goes for secretaries. When you go to an agency, plan to dress warmly because the reception there is very cold, icy, often disrespectful moreover, otherwise it's not funny. In a simple way, it is a bank of incompetent people, if you hesitate to go to them, you just have to read the opinions left everywhere and you will quickly understand that it is not useful to try anything with them ... especially not ... you would bother them ...
