The salesperson is very professional, very smiling and welcoming. The staff are also very pleasant and do everything to make the meeting pleasant. I recommend this concession 200%

I came this day Saturday October 24 At 3:00 p.m. 2 salespeople overwhelmed with meetings Mr. Director, many clients like me left without a hello True to the brand, AUDI France is not going to be satisfied with having a dealer who misses sales for not hiring an additional salesperson. cordially

Passat Gte to be changed in March for a plug-in hybrid A3. Thrown like a mess. I do not recommend this concession where sufficiency outweighs understanding, listening and friendliness

I call more than a week to have an appointment. The hostess takes my contact details to send them to the workshop manager who should in principle call me back. But in vain ... The lady at the reception makes no effort to find an alternative. It's a shame to have such poor customer service. I do not recommend.
