I come for a faulty start & stop problem (widespread problem on honda hr-v diesel), the technician takes the car, pretends to bring it to the workshop, brings it back and tells me everything is working fine. I'm leaving and of course it still doesn't work! Who are we laughing at! On the other hand, I noticed that after each service they tend to put too much oil in the engine, with all the risks associated with this kind of practice. Morality go your way

Ask half a day to get a rabbit, it's great! Professionalism = 0. The sales department did not warn of the cancellation of my appointment (taken via the La Centrale website for an estimate of my car for a possible buyout). I contacted La Centrale customer service and they assured me that they were not warned by this company either. I will never come back.
