Efficient machine, but no cleaning in the laundromat. Full trash can. Its pus

Laundry neglect (surely by the customers) on the other hand an useless telephone number I tried to call 2 times and it rings 1 time then voicemail. In other words, very poor customer service. In addition to that I go to buy stain remover on the spot and there is scam when I receive my stain remover, instead I have a bag of Pre-disinfectant. I say to myself that it is maybe reverse so I try to press on pre-disinfectant and well no, there is good pre-disinfectant which falls super I end up with 2 pre-disinfectant instead of a stain remover thank you very much for the scam.

I am very satisfied with the property of the laundromat and the machines are well maintained
