Worst postal agency ever seen before. Haughty and incompetent employees. It makes you wonder if they have been trained. Unable to show empathy or support users in their efforts. No discretion. You want to carry out an operation, no problem, your request will be circulated aloud throughout the agency since no one is certain of the procedure to follow. Everyone asks their colleague how to proceed. In short, this agency, precisely, is the shame of the public service. You have to see it to believe it. Do you have any doubts? Go check it out.

I went to the post office several times to open a bank account, I left my number to make an appointment but I was never called back. This afternoon I passed again and I came across a super efficient lady. I opened my account on the spot. She handled lots of clients at the same time and frankly it's a pleasure to see such efficiency in the post! If not to send packages, it's fast too. They have a dynamic and rather nice team (some more than others). This is my favorite post: D

Post office very incompetent in targeting management, some of the staff are still friendly. No know-how, no professionalism and no understanding on the part of management.

Frankly, best post office in Nanterre. Comparing with Nanterre Center, the staff are really nice and friendly.

Very bad, the vigilante (black) is incompetent. Put the people who came after you before you. Being said sir had forgotten why I came, I waited 20 min for nothing, then when I remind him of the reason for my coming sir said to me "ah I forgot go back there" no excuse either. The staff inside is not better either. To flee
