The director does not manage disputes between her advisers and clients. I had the right to a bank advisor who was constantly absent, who informed me very badly because she did not know the products she sold. Also, I found myself in the middle of summer vacation without the possibility of using my credit card, because it had been terminated by the counselor, when it was not the arrangement planned at the start. No communication on this subject from the agency to at least apologize and / or make compensation. The following year, commission fees were deducted from me, of which I had a more than doubtful explanation from the famous adviser, who was fired or left on her own. While my accounts were generally positive. A little call to warn me would have apparently taken too much effort. Also, when they change you, and this regularly, to advise, you are not warned (no communication). In 12 years with them, I have had the right to no less than 6 different advisers. A little complex to build a relationship of trust and of course without you being warned beforehand. All these concerns that arose during my last years with them, when I decided to complain about it, the director informed me that I was not aware of these issues ... A bit daring on her part ... She doesn't know not its customers? It's a shame, despite several emails sent from me over the past two years. Finally, I am very disappointed with their way of doing things and with this permanent non-communication. I had a glimmer of hope with the brand new, newly arrived counselor, Ms. Alves. I recognize his efforts and his work. She knew her subject. But in view of the various end twists and turns, I preferred to leave the CIC and I found another bank that did more for me and my finances in the space of two weeks, than the CIC in 12 years! This may not be valid with all CIC clients, but I hope that my opinion will change the QUALITY of the services available to clients and that their communication will change course!

Really I do not recommend them, the lady of the reception is not friendly and not to mention the incompetence of the bankers. I do not recommend at all because they are unreachable never remember.
