I went for a recall of my C4 and had requested a replacement vehicle for the 4 hours of the intervention. I had a dirty vehicle (in the midst of a health crisis !?) and my car was not washed ... I wanted to point this out to the manager who was not available ... In short, very bad experience, GARAGE TO AVOID!

To all, I share my good experiences at the workshop. I am a regular customer because the service of advisor Abdel Margoum who takes care of maintenance and mechanical customers is top notch. He finds availability, takes the time to explain the interviews and the work even for a novice. He follows his customers by calling them back before each intervention, deadlines are met and estimates always upstream for an invoice with no surprises. Good road !

Very pleasant and professional welcome from the whole team. We had to cancel our purchase project for family reasons, but the Sales Advisor (Thibaud) was attentive to our request, courteous and benevolent in his discussions and very reactive in the additional information requested. Hello I was very badly received at Citroën la garenne colombes my vehicle displays impossible start it sends me for a walk says it can do nothing. For me my vehicle is 1 years and 3 months older I am a taxi I do not recommend this garage I had to drive another 30 km to find a quality dealership Citroën trappes really they are pros they took care of my vehicle despite a lot of appointments
