For a repair of the sunroof, the delay, which was not due to Garage Bauer, is relatively long (two months for the appointment, including a month more "because" of the Covid!). I would add that the closure of the Nanterre branch during October-November remains an enigma for me when it seemed to me that the appointment book was relatively busy. The service remains of very high quality and excellent level; it is a pleasure to come to this agency in Nanterre; thank you.

I was greeted by Sylvain on September 15 for an irreproachable review of my Q2 and the service was of quality for a reasonably high price. On the other hand, I give a negative note to the Audi assistance service which I had called on September 2 for a puncture. Not having been able to do the revision of the 2 years in time because of COVID (I am 75 years old) I was turned away in a very uncommercial manner by a barely polite operator. A bad point for Audi. Fortunately, my insurance came to my rescue.

Appointment taken fairly quickly. The welcome from the whole team and especially from Pierre is incredible. No doubt I will return.
