I like a lot this brand but not this shop. It took me 25 min to get my online command even the shop was empty. They have made a mistake with my name. They were impolite and hurry. And of course, they have not said sorry about either their mistake or their slowness.

Disappointed with this shop particularly because of the manager who has a very average reception. However, the Brand is excellent and always on top. Customer service is attentive, we told them about our dissatisfaction following our visit and they were very receptive. I remain a big Fan of Sergeant Major but I will go to another store of the brand
