Welcome to review: in front of the queue, at the checkout, about a certain employee on the verge of rudeness and showing no restraint by openly complaining about her colleague and customers, while adopting a very familiar language. It is not the first time that this has happened, and without anyone responsible being there to reframe the situation. When you have yourself (this is my case) a difficult job where you take on yourself so as not to give in to annoyance (even if it is justified), you like not having to undergo at times the same aggressiveness and the same lack of civility.
