My 85 year old neighbor (coming out of the hospital) and his wife had a leak problem on Friday / Saturday night. The water had to be turned off. They left a message on the answering machine saying that he had no water, that he had to go down to the basement to fill buckets. Anyway, they understood that it was the weekend. They called back this morning, I went there and the secretary told me that they had to wait like the others because the repairs are done on Monday afternoon, that the plumbers and technicians were on the sites the morning. The receptionist
was quite aggressive and the person in the adjoining office didn't even bother. The icing on the cake, the secretary thinks they can probably get by this afternoon. It is not good to be out of the hospital, to be 78 years old and want to have a repair done in this company.

To flee, prohibitive price, secretary unpleasant, sav no one, do not call back, in short there are other things on lons .....
the 07/12 consultation for a boiler quote, 24/12 the manager comes back to check the height of the chimney ... it's my fault if the quote is not made because I did not say it was urgent !!!!!!!!!!
