What to say ... Awful welcome. We came at the end of the morning this Sunday, we were looking for pastries for our brunch. There weren't any more. We tell the saleswoman that we are going to see the other bakery and then come back to look for the bread which is very good. We come back as promised to get our bread after finding our pastries. The reception is freezing, the two women gaze at us, saying that they "hallucinate" and make inappropriate comments about us. It's not a shopkeeper at all, I don't see what is hallucinating about going to another store when we can't find the product we are looking for! We are in the business and that is part of the game. Especially since we came back to buy bread by correction. Newly installed on St Gilles we appreciate the work of the craftsman but we will never set foot here again at the risk of being humiliated.
Quality artisan bakery, on the other hand we bought 500grs of yeast at an exorbitant price.
From raw material suppliers such as Metro, for example, yeast is sold between 2 and 3 euros per kilo.
take a coef of 10 on the resale it's a bit hot !!!!
Having been 40 years artisan baker, I invite you to quickly change supplier if, as your saleswoman told me, you pay the expensive yeast.
