Beware! If there were less than 1 stars available as a review I would select that. Shocking behaviour from the staff. Disgraceful attitude! Very rude, unhelpful and unprofessional people. We had a customer drive one of our 2017 Nissan vans from Ireland, which unfortunately broke down near Rennes. Unfortunately the van was brought to Nissan Space 3 Rennes. I am the owner and contacted the garage every day for answers, the driver did also as they were awaiting answers so they could decide on their travel arrangements home, and possible change ferry dates etc. We were told to stop bothering them, they were too busy to look at the van, too busy to phone with an update, and too busy to email with any timeline for inspection. The van stayed in their workshop for a week without inspection. We now have to take the vehicle away and bring back to Ireland to get diagnostics carried out as we do not trust this company and can not tolerate their shocking behaviour. Mr Toufet and a number of other staff repeatedly hung up the phone, or refused to reply to emails throughout the process. Google translate and many other facilities are available to assist any language barrier so that is no excuse. I pity any person that needs to deal with these people on a regular basis.

Purchase of a NEW twingo in June 2020, the 1st registration of which is dated December 18, 2019 !!! READ all the pages of your contract and also save 300 € on the commitment with HERTZ. To date, still awaiting the troubleshooting booklet AND radio tuning (not found on the net for the latter) yet promised. Otherwise, charming seller, respected delivery time and trouble-free car.

Super pleasant telephone reception, it's really nice to find a nice person.On site friendly and welcoming staff.Workshop level I went there for an airbag to change.Nothing to say car made clean and waiting level and well, great in the time.Thank you

Purchase of a used vehicle. The time they prepare the vehicle (overhaul, oil change, bodywork), loan of a courtesy vehicle. I highly recommend them if you are a beekeeper because 3 days later I found a wasp nest in the trunk (visibly present for 1 to 2 months according to the professional who intervened to remove the nest)
