Very good telephone and physical reception, I appreciated the exchanges and the professionalism of the used Mini sales consultant. I'm delighted with my purchase and glad to see that there are still garages out there listening to their customers. A service to match the Mini brand!

Coming with my dad for information on a used Mini, we first chat with a pleasant young woman who directs us to her busy colleague with a couple, then a man. We wait for our turn, around 15 minutes, when a customer returning from a test drive passes us by. We were therefore snobbied (perhaps in view of our dress for the little classic). My parents being traders in a neighboring town, the day they can afford to behave like this, they won't need new customers. I still hope that this famous man will manage to conclude with THE famous privileged customer, otherwise 2 sales will have been missed. (visit on 07/16/2020 at 6.30 p.m.)

Professional services and well-honed procedures! but overpriced, we are limited in the racket because for many repairs we can not go to see a small garage! And making appointments is laborious, it almost never responds to the workshop! Delusional diagnoses, which are nothing more than paid quotes at crazy prices, and nothing deducted on the final bill. In short it is the ticket case, but it seems that given the gradual loss of market share they are reviewing their commercial policy ... it's a very good thing!
