Friendly and helpful staff
I dropped off my vehicle following a claim for body repairs. I did not buy my car in the dealership and despite this, I am very satisfied with the service. Impeccable support from start to finish, no bad surprises, I would come back for regular maintenance.
We get a quote at 299 euros for maintenance, and we just ask for an opinion on a front light that is too low. We come back to get our car 2 hours later and surprise, 387 euros !! Otherwise we won't get the keys back. They allowed themselves to change parts without our agreement. Ineligible. And in addition, following the covid they no longer do the interior cleaning !! But the prices haven't gone down! No shopkeeper, while we are working across the street. For sent us Flyers to come and try the new models there is no problem. I strongly advise against. Drive a few more miles to find a serious dealership.
