Too bad the administrative side is so deplorable! The ladies who take care of cashing in or paying back are really abysmal. In the exchanges of mails ... these people do not know how to write: no polite formula, hello ??? Cordially ??? Even my 13 year old daughter is more polite and personable. Too bad because the rest of the logistics are fine. But I keep the emails with these ladies to prove to their management that there really is a problem there! We are not "dogs" but customers. So ladies, be more polite and respectful. L

I bought 7 cars from them never had any problems. You have to know how to watch the vehicles analyze the technical controls. Know the reliability of engines .. Alcopa mentions everywhere that they are not responsible for damage or guaranteed, it is normal if you want to have guarantees go to a pro buy but you will pay more ..

It is expensive for cars without OK MOT. Especially that the price of the auction increases to the minimum of 1000 euros therefore car at 3500 u starting goes up to 4500 on average + approximately 800 € of expenses .... + after the purchase redo against visit after having made the repairs in the garage ... So price 6000 euros
