Where to start ... To say that we are disappointed would be an understatement. We have the unfortunate impression of having been ripped off from start to finish by this concession. We dropped off our Golf on Friday morning at 8:30 am to be able to benefit from a special offer offered by Volkswagen, which included vehicle maintenance service, the change of several parts (diesel filter, pollen filter, air filter, oil change, etc. ...) as well as the revision of the vehicle in order to prepare it for the technical control which was included in the special offer. We dropped our Golf confident, overconfident. Then we went from disappointment to disappointment. What was our surprise when, at 4 p.m., once the technical control had passed, the dealership called us to tell us that the vehicle had not passed the technical control due to "a major tire failure. ". The dealership therefore decided to send our vehicle, without our agreement, to technical control, knowing full well that it would not be validated. A dealership that sends a vehicle to technical control while knowing that it will not pass, it is rather particular and confusing. We still don't understand why they didn't even bother to let us know and give us the option to change the tires before the technical control. We have not had a satisfactory response from the concessionaire on this matter, but they understood our position, indeed. Here. Very disappointing you will agree. The icing on the cake: finally, for the special overhaul offer, we only benefited from a change of a pollen filter and an oil change. The list of benefits has shrunk. But not the invoice. For a service which made it possible to send our vehicle to the technical control when it would not be validated, we therefore paid 374 euros (technical control included, and exterior cleaning of the vehicle - summary - all the same!). To this will have to be added the 10 euros against visit that we will have to pay since the concession, which admitted that indeed it understood our position and our incomprehension, will not give us the 10 euros unless we take the tires at home. Which are 181 euros. I apologize, but I think that given the services, we will certainly not give your dealership one euro more. We will never be coming back to St Grégoire again of course, but our future car, which we plan to buy next year, will certainly not be a Volkswagen. You have seriously damaged the image we had of your brand, unfortunately.

I took my car, a TDI 1.6 golf car, twice to overheat the engine. The water temperature rises to 90 ° C in 4 minutes and barely 3 km and turns on the radiator fan permanently. After changing the water pump and temperature sensor, the problem persists. Floc tells me it's normal !!! In addition, I recovered my car last Thursday with the empty tank and the rear seats full of dust. I don't know what they did with my car, but it is unacceptable. Flee this concession, they are incompetent and careless of your vehicle!

Second hand car serviced in this garage for several years so I continued to go there for overhaul but the staff are really not welcoming. -I called the parts department to change the radio, I was clearly not taken seriously! (One of the examples) I highly recommend the Volkswagen of Saint Malo, the people who work there are attentive and respond quickly to your requests and mention to the mechanic who does not hesitate to take 5 minutes to look at your problem (without asking you to move on to it). 'welcome to ask for a diagnosis.

I just wanted a quote for the change of a broken mirror covered by my insurance and, there, I understood that even at Volkswagen, there were very bad too ... After 30 minutes of waiting, a sales representative asks me the reason for my visit, I explain to her that I want a part and labor estimate for my insurance in order to carry out the work, she left with an explanation that I still have not understood, basically she's not the one who manages the retro rights, too bad the next time I will try to have my left shot shot, I might be lucky to be able to have access to her services ... She directs me to her colleague from right ..... I wait 15 minutes before he asks me the reason for my waiting in front of his desk, and there, the answer that I hoped not to hear: "you can wait 15 minutes please "....... Conclusion, I left without saying anything, lost 45 minutes for a quote for two lines (parts and m / o). Their time is precious but mine is not I imagine ... Fortunately they work at vw these two there and that they are not obliged to go to seek the customer because they would be surprised by their own incompetence. Floc St Gregoire, wiped off the map for me ... Shameful
