To flee !! I was chatting with the saleswoman to make a return on shoes too small and surely the director, it is interposed in the conversation without even saying hello and my immediately said that it was not possible, that they had been worn. And that anyway my son had to be there to try in front of her to prove to them that they were really too small. So not only the politeness they do not know, they treat you as a liar and accused you of having worn the shoes, which is absolutely false since they are too small ... For the price of the shoes really it is a shame !!!!!

We went there for our son's 1st shoes. Very nice saleswoman no complaints. Except that time limited by customers to 15m ... because of the covid and the queue. So everything is very speedy. So fast that I think she misread the size of my son's feet. It is barely 20.5 and we left with size 22 shoes knowing that another store had advised us to size 21 .. but hey, it grew so quickly that I did not notice. It was only when we got home that we saw the margin left. I think that by taking more time the problem could have been avoided and reminded by the manager to the saleswoman that it is 10m would have less pressure on the parents too. In total a pair at 80 euros in the cupboards (vule waiting time and the context we will avoid going there for a refund or exchange) for unchrono.

Good shoe store for children saleswoman listened and gave us very good advice for our daughter's first shoes the high prices certainly but the quality seems to be there in about two months

Very disappointed !!!!! It is the first time that I went to this store for my daughter who is 10 months old. I wanted to buy her first pair of shoes because she works when we give her hand and a saleswoman did not want to sell me a pair of. shoe because it is supposedly too small must walk alone around a table or furniture ... And with rainy weather my daughter stays in a super sock 👏 So I went to Pattine's in the center 👍

Looking for second hand shoes for your child. This is the right address. You will pay them at the price of nine. If you wish to exchange them later (in the posted time), you will be shown ... a prison door will explain that they have already been worn .... which was not the case. THIEF.
