One of the employees was particularly unpleasant and incompetent. A blonde lady with short hair, she had not taken my name, looked at the clothes as rags, lost my cover, and the delivery was disastrous. I really had the impression of disturbing her by giving her work ... I saw her by laying down the clothes, I was surprised that she still practices in this point of sale. But it's a lovely young lady who took care of me and I was happy from A to Z

I think these opinions are unfair and untruthful over time because the staff is now overall very friendly and that for 8 years that I attend it all the work has been done well, often before the hour. They do not make an easy job and I highly recommend them.

Dry avoid !! My son came to bring a new jacket from Zara with fur collar and when he returned to pick the fur was removed and there are no buttons. No refund of us make do to sew fur. Is this normal? I find it shameful that the cleaners.
