Great fan of French pastry making, I have been looking for 1 pastry chef who does not stick sugar galore in his cakes for years and I found him !!!! It's been 5 years since I became used to this little chocolate and pastry shop and I'm not ready to change my delicious habits! Visually attractive and succulent pastries. Little sweet. The chocolates are very fine but too sweet for my taste (But the little chocolates are always a lot of sugar whatever the chocolate makers where I get them. Maybe it is impossible to reduce the sugars so that the mixture of products is done correctly I suppose ...) Pleasant and discreet welcome. I recommend !!!! The desserts are to die for! 💙
