If you have a worry, you can be reassured, see you will have another in not very long. Neglect, bad way, etc. .... to avoid

Scam, liars, crooks? 3 months after buying a scenic 3 partly maintained at Balanche arrives the first failure (more ventilation). Having the concern to do well I send my wife to the appointment fixed with the secretariat. On site very welcome. A mechanic arrives to pick up the keys and take the car to the workshop. After 30 minutes he returns and establishes the bill: suitcase + visual control of the wiring 70 € and an estimate of 970 € for replacement control resistance + electrical harness + air blower. The next Monday I call the reception that passes me the mechanic who confirms me that the plug of the wiring harness is completely melted (visual inspection of the wiring paid 3 days earlier) and that it must be due to since having seized. The dires of the mechanic are totally Lies because the repair was done 3 weeks ago by an honest mechanic who replaced only the resistance (known failure on this model) and which saw NO trace of warming on the take that is outside or inside the socket. Repair done for 190 € against a quote of more than 970 € at Balanche !!!! Or 5x more expensive than the reality by replacing non defective parts! In summary, I already know that I will not go and recommend to my friends to flee this garage.
