Excellent service. Very nice home. During my review, I was able to save 170 € instead of 325 € planned, thanks to the good interpretation of the technicians. => On the other hand, the software implemented to manage the intervention and the internal organization makes the customer waste time. It's called Renault Minute, but it takes at least 30 minutes to drop off the keys of a vehicle and as much to collect the keys after the repair, even if everything has been recorded on the Internet before coming. While many companies dematerialize and send invoices by email, in garages everything is still done on paper. It is even possible, that in some cases, the administrative process may take longer than the actual troubleshooting. So much time and energy wasted for customers and staff. In the 21st century, customers who want to, should be able to deposit the keys in a box and collect them with a code. Good luck with your progress, you still have a lot of room for improvement in the years to come ...
