Tommy Hilfiger white puffer jacket! Who and since September to today we are at the end of October 2020 in their premises Following dewy stains due to a problem with the pump which broke down, the stains are still visible despite several washing those which made the down jacket in poor condition follow its washes at the top level .😤😤😤 down jacket being very little new and that I had clearly specified when depositing it (It and new I only put it on twice for fear of damaging it, just need a little washing)

The work is of poor quality, seen on 3 clothes in 3 times. To my remark correctly said, she told me to go elsewhere! Well, it's done!

Extremely disappointed and angry! I just recovered my mental moment, and it is with great regret that I see its condition. I entrusted this to him by specifying and insisting that I wanted my cat's hair to be removed in large part (and washed at the same time). I knew that all the hairs could not be removed and that I was not going to find this haystack like new, except that there is no improvement. It's even worse than before because they are scattered everywhere! It's anything, I paid almost 15 euros and waited a week for such a result? So many hairs and scattered all over my chin? It's a joke, it's hardly good. I do not recommend it.

Following the deposit of my jacket, I can only be disappointed and angry. It was returned to me with a fur collar (possibility of removing it in the wash) this without inverting me, of course. I put it away because not the season to wear it. I wear it after 1 week and there fright! I go to the store, I get the employees' apologies, they are accepted the mistake is human. But, everything is complicated ... a distant and absent manager who does not respond to the mail, well than late. An answer that makes me angry because no refund possible only 50th on a new coat worn as 3 months dating less than a year! Ms. told me that we have 48 hours to turn around, the joke when you return your article under house !! So, I get a return from the manager ... finally after 3 weeks. She suggests me to buy my article nine (the joke), only 219th of advancement for me and that in this case it will proceed to the refund. Thing done on my side and I receive a check as promised but 171e! She was well hidden to tell me that a detention would be made !!! It is a shame! No word, no consideration from the client .... and weirdly since complete silence. She does not even take the pain of answering my calls .... it's just shameful. And employees who are sorry for the situation, who do not even understand this way of acting. And this person says he is a store manager, you are very far from considering your customers dear madam. To date, I am waiting for the return of the missing sum .... otherwise a procedure will be triggered. Pressing to flee. E cizel

Lack of seriousness: in the comments, the manager of the laundry asks us to contact them by email to solve the problem but it is only a message to reassure Internet users because they do not respond to my emails. Tip: change your laundry!
