Restaurant very well located in Besançon. I am quite mixed concerning the restaurant concerning the service, we had a waitress who was not wearing her mask correctly, I am not even worried about the covid but especially because she confessed to us that she was in pain ... seen twisting pain in the stomach and a lot of going back to the toilet ... It does not reassure for the dishes that we are going to taste 😩 There was another equally awful waitress, to put it simply there were only the friendly waiters! We were a table of 9 people and the service was very long ... 15 minutes to order the aperitif and then 15 to 35 minutes of waiting between each course! Much too long when there are children with us! What is very interesting is the free children's menu, which is very appreciable! Nobody complained about the dishes which were very appreciated, the idea of ​​the bell seems nice but after having tested it I do not find it practical .. the meat attaches a lot to the bell and when it is not the case, she falls ... Still very disappointed with the price of the desserts which are in no way homemade, on the contrary it is frozen so € 7 is much too expensive! Result 3 * for the children's menu, the location and the good dishes ...

Perfection does not exist .... Yet here, we come close! A brilliant welcome from 2 dynamic and cheerful young men. It's great, plus they know their customers really well. 10/10. Then, the most important, the plate. Hearty, gourmet with respect for the cooking of meat that is simply perfect ... The Chef does not usurp his title. Well done. I actually only have one regret. Do not live in Besançon to come more often to this superb address. I specify that I am usually quicker to smash my neighbor than to praise it, but there, they did not leave me the choice.
