The fries, although very good, are always lukewarm and the use of the stainless steel cooking plate must be scraped with each cooking, YouTube videos explain very well the methodology of using a stainless steel plate. Very very bad management problem from stock of customers the entrances have a funny taste really we had a bad meal

Very poorly managed, what does the manager do? in our time this system should no longer exist, it's like being in a developing country!

Hygiene problem noted, the staff prepares the plates with their fingers without gloves ... a priori no big deal for the cashier since the cook had clean hands! Otherwise dirty dishes, cashier who confuses the dishes and the additions! Not to mention the vegetables that bathe in the water. In short, a real disaster! I strongly advise against this bad canteen even for a dish at 6 euros. It's barely worth 2 euros in terms of quality and service.
